3. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MindTarot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the application.

4. Nature of the Service

4.1 What MindTarot is NOT

• A fortune-telling or future prediction service
• A substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice
• A substitute for legal or financial advice
• A professional counseling service

4.2 Recommendation

If you are going through a difficult time or experiencing negative thoughts, we encourage you to consult a qualified health professional. The app provides emergency contacts accessible in the settings.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence

MindTarot uses Google Gemini to generate tarot interpretations and chat responses.

5.1 How it works

• Your intentions, questions, and messages are sent to Google Gemini
• The AI generates a personalized interpretation based on context
• Responses are generated automatically and may vary

5.2 Limitations

• AI interpretations are generated automatically and are not reviewed by humans
• The AI may sometimes produce inaccurate or inappropriate responses
• Interpretations should not be taken as absolute truths
• They are a tool for reflection, not a source of factual information

6. Access Conditions

6.1 Age

MindTarot is accessible to all ages (rated 3+). However, we recommend responsible use and parental supervision for younger users.

6.2 Account

Using MindTarot requires creating an account via:

• Email and password
• Google Sign-In
• Sign in with Apple

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Plans

• Free: Limited access (1 simple draw/day, 3 advanced draws total)
• Premium: Full access to all features

7.2 Billing

• Payments are managed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal is charged at the same price and for the same duration as the original subscription
• Payment is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription from your phone settings (Subscriptions section)

7.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Google Play and App Store policies. We do not have access to your payment information.

8. Usage Rules

You agree to:

• Use the application responsibly and lawfully
• Not attempt to circumvent limitations or quotas
• Not use the application to harass or harm others
• Not copy, modify, or distribute the application's content
• Not attempt to access other users' data

9. Intellectual Property

• The MindTarot application, its design, texts, and features are the property of PVTDev
• The tarot card images used are royalty-free or under appropriate license
• AI-generated interpretations are provided for your personal use only

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• MindTarot is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the application will be available at all times or error-free
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the application
• We are not responsible for AI-generated content
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the application over the past 12 months

11. Personal Data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. In case of substantial changes, you will be notified through the application. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete my account
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms
• Account deletion results in the permanent deletion of all your data

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Thai law. In case of dispute, the courts of Thailand shall have jurisdiction.
